You'll collaborate with product managers, commercial teams, and engineers to drive user engagement and revenue growth. This role reports to the General Manager - UK.
Where you can make an impact:
- Shape and execute product strategy for the UK market, aligning it with broader business objectives and consumer needs.
- Drive product innovation and personalization through deep consumer insights and market analysis.
- Lead cross-functional teams to seamlessly launch products and updates, ensuring impactful delivery in partnership with engineering, data, and marketing teams.
- Identify new growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, performance data, and user feedback.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within your team, mentoring others and pushing the boundaries of product excellence.
Your experience:

- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer internet or fintech industries.
- Proven leadership in building and scaling product teams that deliver outstanding results.
- Strong data-driven mindset and ability to apply analytics tools for insights, A/B testing, and performance improvements.
- Technical proficiency working with engineering teams, with a bonus for knowledge in data science or machine learning.
- Passion for consumer-centric product development with an excellent track record of delivering intuitive and valuable user experiences.

- This role will be based in Norwich, UK or remote (based in the UK).
