The PositionJob Summary:
A Product Lead to orchestrate the strategic marketing and lifecycle management for Open Molecular
Solutions & Sequencing products to achieve robust business growth and market share expansion.
The opportunity:
Orchestrate the formulation and execution of market strategies for Open Molecular Solutions &
Sequencing product lines to capture market opportunities and drive long-term business growth.
Support the sales teams responsible for the product lines in achieving their national sales targets.
Drive the development and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns and annual marketing plans
(AMP) to maximize brand awareness and commercial excellence.
Cultivate deep partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic key accounts to build a top-
tier expert network and expand the core customer base.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration to ensure the smooth progress of
business and key projects.
Bridge communications and coordinate strategic product initiatives with Global to produce local business
strategic directions that align with the global strategic framework.
Leverage market intelligence and value-based pricing models to define and execute agile pricing
strategies to navigate complex market dynamics and fumaximize profitability.
Spearhead the collection and analysis of competitor intelligence and macro market policy to formulate
and execute robust competitive strategies to secure a differentiated market positioning.
Pre/Post-Launch Management for new products (analyze target market situation, provide feasibility
report, complete launch plan, pricing and assist registration)
Orchestrate the end-to-end product lifecycle management, encompassing new product launches, phase-
outs, price maintenance and marketing campaigns, to maximize product market share and brand
awareness.
Provide clear product positioning, product training, product selling story and effective promotion tools to
sales team.
Who you are:
Bachelor Degree in Clinical or Bachelor degree in life science
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Good command of MS office software application
Product marketing expertise with a deep understanding of the Open Molecular Solutions Sequencing
market.
At least 8 years’ experience in Sales and/or similar marketing experience in multi-national companies.
