Responsibilities:

  • Supporting sales teams in achieving assigned business targets

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Neuro products and solutions, including features, benefits, technical specifications and competitive advantages. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamic related to Neuro product portfolio

  • Support sales teams with training, customer meetings, and key opinion leader (KOL) engagement

  • Develop, implement and track regional sales and marketing plans for Neuro portfolio by driving specific programs & campaigns and respectively supporting country-specific sales activities and programs

  • Develop sales tools and provide expert product and sales training to the account managers and channel partners

  • To provide support and advice for configuration of offering to customers

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing features, benefits and value proposition

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships within ASEAN territory

  • Support product launches by coordinating activities, creating product collaterals and training sales teams on new features and updates.

  • Collect and report market intelligence. Provide insights and recommendation to commercial teams, product management and marketing teams.

  • Develop, implement, maintain and follow Quality procedures as they pertain to company policy

  • Drive efficiency programs identified by self or others within Elekta

  • Incorporate Elekta Values into all departmental functions and responsibilities

  • Promote continuous improvement and be a change agent

  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Authorities: To propose pricing, configurations and solutions for Elekta’s Neuro Product and associated services and products to the customers.

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (science, engineering or business related) with minimum 3 years in a similar role

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex concepts

  • Solid knowledge and experience of the medical devices industry, experience in Radiotherapy / Neurosurgical clinical environment is highly preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Skilled speaker and representative in social contacts

  • Strong multi-tasker and experience covering a broader region (along with all the travel it requires)

  • Fluency in English is required

  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer tools / IT skills

  • Excellent team player at all levels and strong interpersonal skills

  • Results oriented, operative with excellent analytical skills

  • Strong ethical standards, values and good judgement

  • Persistent, enduring and prepared to make strong personal commitments
