O que é um Product Lead? Um Product Lead é responsável pela direção de produto de um squad pequeno e autônomo. Você decide o que construir, por que isso importa e se funcionou. Você é responsável pelos resultados de negócio, não apenas pelas funcionalidades entregues.
O que diferencia esse papel de um Product Manager tradicional? Você não escreve especificações e as passa adiante. Você prototipa ideias com ferramentas de IA antes de comprometer tempo de engenharia. Você contribui com código para mudanças simples (textos, configurações, feature flags, atualizações básicas de UI) para se desbloquear e avançar mais rápido. Clara’s Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.

- 5+ years in product management, product engineering, product design, or a hybrid role
- History of delivering products that moved business metrics, not just launched features
- Experience working directly with engineers as peers
- Experience building something in production independently
- Ability to prototype functional concepts using AI tools
