Job Role:
We are seeking a talented Product Lead on the Generative AI team who will be working with and guiding the team. This individual will be responsible for gathering requirements, communicating those to the engineers and designs, and overall execution of the product vision. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who understands both product and technical requirements, leads from the front, and has a strong drive to execute.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
•Provide strong leadership to the Generative AI team, managing 5 to 10 people, fostering collaboration, motivation, and a shared commitment to delivering impactful healthcare solutions.
•Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that inspires and guides the team to execute with quality and meet deadlines.
•Lead daily standup meetings with the team to track progress, identify blockers, and ensure alignment on sprint goals.
Internal Use Only
•Gather, analyze, and prioritize detailed product requirements for products by engaging with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to ensure the product meets business needs and user expectations.
•Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, maintaining clear and effective communication among cross-functional teams.
•Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, supporting transparent decision-making and resolving conflicts as they arise.
•Monitor product performance post-launch and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
•Advocate passionately for patients’ and healthcare professionals’ needs, ensuring compliance, usability, and value delivery in every product iteration.

You are a Good Fit for this Job if you:
•Have 3+ years’ experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role in technology teams, preferably with AI or healthcare technology exposure.
•Strong ability to take charge, lead and motivate a team of engineers.
•Possess strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and emerging technologies, including experience working with large language models like GPT, Claude, or equivalents.
•Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
•Have experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with development teams.
•Hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent work experience.
•Are passionate about leveraging technology to transform healthcare and improve patient outcomes.
