Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D IT is seeking Product Lead Engineers - AI located in Hyderabad, India. The Product Lead Engineer is responsible for supervising product engineering and making software engineering decisions. They fulfill dual responsibilities as both an entrepreneur and implementer of technical solutions. They tackle complex business problems and intricate engineering challenges and shape the technical design. Their responsibilities include ensuring the product's technical architecture, software development aligns with the technology roadmap and adheres to software engineering standards.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI and generative AI solutions to address complex business problems in Safety, Regulatory, and Clinical functions.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate cloud computing and automation technologies into our products and services.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, cloud computing, and automation, and apply this knowledge to enhance our product offerings.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Work hands-on with business partners, data scientists, software engineers, and other partners to define technical requirements and specifications.
• Optimize product performance and scalability using cloud infrastructure and automation tools.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Communicate product vision and progress to partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
   

Education:

Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or similar (Engineering, Math, Physics, IT)
 

Required:

• 2-4 years of proven experience in engineering roles with a focus on AI, generative AI, cloud computing, and automation.
• 2-4 years of proven experience of software development and software engineering
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C# , or C++.
• Proficiency in data structures (e.g., Stack, Linked Lists, Trees, Graphs).
• Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Analytical, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet project goals.
