Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol that raised $70 million from Ribbit Capital, a16z crypto, Coinbase Ventures, Variant, Brevan Howard, Pantera, Blocktower, and 50 others to build an open lending network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing explosive growth, with over $10 billion in deposits on the network, solidifying itself as the new standard for DeFi lending. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as a cornerstone, not just of DeFi, but of a new internet-native financial system.
Our MissionMorpho's mission is to power human ambition with open access to capital. Human ambition has no borders, but the capital to fuel it does. Today's financial system is closed and fragmented. No one sees all opportunities, most overpay, and some are excluded entirely. We believe capital should flow efficiently to where it's needed most - giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms.

How we workWe move fast on hard problems in a nascent market with no set playbook: navigating uncertainty is part of the job. You'll be challenged: anyone can question work and decisions must be justified. We keep a high bar and match it with high support: we help each other unblock and share context openly, with low ego. More about our values: morpho.org/jobs.
RoleThe mission of this role is to establish and lead Morpho's Developer Experience (DevEx) product vertical by understanding integrator needs, building a clear product roadmap, and shipping best-in-class APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling that make building on Morpho seamless for partners and builders.
ResponsibilitiesOwn the DevEx product vertical end-to-end: from discovery through roadmap to delivery, working with a dedicated engineering team of 2-3 engineers
Conduct deep discovery with internal stakeholders (Integration and Growth teams) and external partners to identify gaps and prioritize the highest-impact developer tooling
Define and execute the roadmap for Morpho's Partner API, SDKs, and agent integration flows
Be the outward face of Morpho's DevEx offering: join partner calls, respond in Telegram chats, and build strong relationships with integrators and curators
Lead the technical evolution of Morpho's API surface, including the migration from a single GraphQL endpoint to purpose-built REST microservices
Set and maintain a high bar for reliability and resilience across all developer-facing products, treating them as enterprise-grade infrastructure
Translate complex partner requirements into clear engineering specs and work closely with engineers to ship iteratively and fast
First 30 days
Develop a strong understanding of Morpho's Protocol, existing products, APIs, and the full DevEx surface area. Align with internal stakeholders (Integration, Growth, Engineering) to map current pain points and external needs. Ship a first internal brief synthesizing what you've learned.
First 4 months
Complete external discovery with key partners, integrators, and curators. Deliver a prioritized 6-month product roadmap. Begin shipping improvements to the API and SDK layer, with measurable adoption or satisfaction gains from at least one partner cohort.
In 1 year
The DevEx product vertical is established and running. Morpho's developer tooling is recognized by integrators as best-in-class. You've shipped a Partner API, improved SDK coverage, and built the systems and relationships that make Morpho the easiest protocol to build on.
Must-have Experience & Skills2-5 years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping developer platform products (APIs, SDKs, developer tools). Experience at companies like Stripe, Alchemy, QuickNode, or Tenderly is a strong signal.
Highly technical background, ideally with prior engineering experience. Able to challenge engineers on architecture decisions and go deep on API design.
Proven experience building products used by developers or engineers, not consumer products.
Comfortable being outward-facing: running partner calls, managing relationships in Telegram and Slack, and representing the product to external builders.
Strong product execution: able to prioritize ruthlessly, ship fast, and maintain quality under pressure.
Thrives in fast-changing, ambiguous environments where the playbook doesn't exist yet and priorities shift quickly.
Clear, crisp communicator, especially async. Writes well, documents decisions, and keeps distributed teams aligned.
High ownership: takes responsibility for outcomes, not just outputs. Acts without waiting for permission.
Team-first mindset: shares credit, gives direct feedback, and puts the mission above personal goals.
