Build and run Morpho's partner program: recruit and manage custodians, middleware, and issuers; launch onboarding, enablement, and co‑sell GTM; structure and close partner deals; track partner-sourced pipeline and report metrics to leadership.

The Events Lead will create and manage the events function at Morpho, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution of events, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will architect and deliver DeFi products, design APIs, optimize data systems, lead technical reviews, and ensure reliability across the stack. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making significant technical contributions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Protocol Engineer will accelerate the protocol roadmap through design, implementation, and deployment of lending mechanisms and smart contracts, ensuring security and efficiency while collaborating with teams.

The Staff Backend Engineer will build and maintain backend services and APIs for Morpho's consumer applications, focusing on performance, reliability, and collaboration with frontend teams.

Own and grow 3–5 strategic enterprise accounts by building executive relationships, defining multi-product expansion strategies, running quarterly business reviews, resolving legal/compliance and technical integration issues, and driving TVL and net dollar retention through measured expansion plans.

Lead structuring for Morpho's expansion into private credit and structured finance. Partner with Institutional Growth to design securitizations, asset-backed facilities, and bespoke lending deals, identify regulatory and compliance risks, guide partners on origination models, and build internal reference materials to accelerate institutional integrations.

The Staff Infrastructure Engineer will architect and scale Morpho's infrastructure, improving reliability and developer velocity while managing on-chain events and deployments.

The Solution Architect will accelerate Morpho's expansion by providing technical support to partners, improve integration processes, and enhance developer documentation.
