Own Morpho’s protocol product roadmap, prioritizing opportunities and translating user, market, and ecosystem needs into product requirements. Lead discovery with protocol users, partner with engineering, research, security, legal, and go-to-market teams, and guide initiatives from exploration through launch and adoption. Define success metrics, evaluate technical and product tradeoffs, communicate decisions, and improve product decision-making across the protocol ecosystem.

Own and grow a flagship enterprise partner account for Morpho’s DeFi lending protocol. Build relationships from product managers through executives, establish recurring business reviews, influence partner product roadmaps, identify data-driven expansion opportunities, and drive increased revenue and active loans. The role requires consistent in-person engagement in New York, strong commercial and product judgment, crypto expertise, and autonomous execution in an ambiguous environment.

Own Morpho’s strategy for expanding into new credit markets. Size opportunities, assess competitive and regulatory requirements, identify institutional needs, and sequence market entry. Partner across protocol, engineering, solutions, partnerships, marketing, and legal to launch zero-to-one lending categories. Design proof-of-concepts with new counterparties, evaluate results, and scale successful models across markets including tokenized equities, custodied Bitcoin, undercollateralized credit, and credit card receivables.

Own Morpho’s revenue operations function, including GTM dashboards, KPI reporting, CRM hygiene, forecasting, attribution, territories, quotas, automations, AI tooling, and knowledge management. Build reliable systems that improve business-developer productivity, pipeline visibility, deal tracking, and leadership decision-making. The role bridges GTM and Finance and requires autonomous ownership in a fast-changing DeFi startup environment.

Own new business acquisition for enterprise fintech accounts (neobanks, exchanges, wallets): prospect, qualify, negotiate, scope integrations, coordinate internal teams, onboard to go-live, and ramp accounts until handed to Growth. Translate onchain lending for product, business and compliance stakeholders and drive closes.

Manage day-to-day People and office operations for Morpho's Paris office: run French payroll administration, support onboarding and employee systems, coordinate vendors and office logistics, track assets and expenses, and provide backup HR admin to reduce leadership's administrative load.

As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will architect and deliver DeFi products, design APIs, optimize data systems, lead technical reviews, and ensure reliability across the stack. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making significant technical contributions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Staff Backend Engineer will build and maintain backend services and APIs for Morpho's consumer applications, focusing on performance, reliability, and collaboration with frontend teams.
