Own protocol project delivery: build and maintain roadmaps in Linear, coordinate product/engineering and external stakeholders, surface risks and dependencies, run cross-team syncs, manage audit firm relationships and contracts, and improve PM processes as the team scales.

Lead and grow the platform engineering team; own the infrastructure roadmap and technical strategy; deliver self-service CI/CD for a monorepo; improve reliability and security with observability, zero-trust IAM, and SLOs; partner with product and protocol teams; set IaC standards, runbooks, and mentorship to accelerate developer velocity and institutionalize operations.

Partner with the CEO to remove operational friction, run CEO support end-to-end (scheduling, inbox triage, assistant management), build AI tooling and automations, surface team and partner feedback, prepare briefing materials, and lead high-priority bespoke projects to ensure execution and communication across the company.

Own new business acquisition for enterprise fintech accounts (neobanks, exchanges, wallets): prospect, qualify, negotiate, scope integrations, coordinate internal teams, onboard to go-live, and ramp accounts until handed to Growth. Translate onchain lending for product, business and compliance stakeholders and drive closes.

Own day-to-day treasury, pre-accounting, and reporting across fiat and crypto. Execute and reconcile payments, collect and tag invoices, update pre-accounting, coordinate closes with external accountants, refresh P&L and cash reports, monitor and rebalance cash/token positions, and improve payments and reporting processes.

Manage day-to-day People and office operations for Morpho's Paris office: run French payroll administration, support onboarding and employee systems, coordinate vendors and office logistics, track assets and expenses, and provide backup HR admin to reduce leadership's administrative load.

Own Morpho's Vaults vertical end-to-end: set strategy, define and deliver the product roadmap across application and protocol layers, build customer research programs, manage external vault provider relationships, collaborate with engineering and legal, and grow vault deposits through integrations and ecosystem partnerships.

Lead and scale Morpho's go-to-market organization end-to-end: build GTM team and infrastructure (CRM, pipeline, forecasting), own commercial operations and partner onboarding, represent Morpho in top-tier institutional conversations, align revenue strategy with the CEO and Product, and create a repeatable new-business and account-growth motion across distributor and institutional segments.

Lead Morpho's institutional growth by sourcing, signing, and expanding large institutional relationships. Build and own a pipeline, advise institutions on on-chain lending and operational/regulatory integration, close strategic deals personally, feed institutional insights into product, and represent Morpho at industry events to drive adoption.

The role involves managing relationships with APAC capital allocators, structuring deals, running the desk independently, and conducting educational webinars in Mandarin.

Lead formal verification and security reviews of Morpho smart contracts using tools like Certora; manage the bug bounty program; develop safe periphery contracts; research attack vectors and security tooling; represent Morpho in the security community.

As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will architect and deliver DeFi products, design APIs, optimize data systems, lead technical reviews, and ensure reliability across the stack. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making significant technical contributions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Staff Backend Engineer will build and maintain backend services and APIs for Morpho's consumer applications, focusing on performance, reliability, and collaboration with frontend teams.

Own and grow 3–5 strategic enterprise accounts by building executive relationships, defining multi-product expansion strategies, running quarterly business reviews, resolving legal/compliance and technical integration issues, and driving TVL and net dollar retention through measured expansion plans.

The Solution Architect will accelerate Morpho's expansion by providing technical support to partners, improve integration processes, and enhance developer documentation.
