Job DescriptionPrincipal/Product Lead - Account Management
Your Mission
We’re looking for a Product Lead to join our growing Wise Account squad in London and help elevate the global Wise Account experience. Your will lead the ‘Account Management’ stream, with a mission to empower customers with unsurpassed convenience and control in how they manage and organise their money. Whether it’s helping customers organise their money exactly how they wish, bringing together all their global accounts into one place, or automating repetitive tasks, this role plays a critical role in elevating the overall Wise Account experience and helping Wise offer the world’s best global account.
Here’s How You’ll Be Contributing to Wise
Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, using a combination of data, customer research, broader market insights, and strong value-driven principles.
Deliver on the strategy and KPIs by prioritising the most impactful projects on a quarterly basis, and working closely with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, Researchers, Compliance, and beyond.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with other product teams and departments to deliver the best possible experience for the customer, including influencing areas not in your direct control.
Go beyond the traditional boundaries of a product role to help deliver faster, whether it’s owning your product’s compliance risk, helping unblock technical issues, or analysing data yourself where necessary.
Report to the Account squad product lead, whose role is to help you find your own path to having a massive impact on the Wise mission.
This Role Will Give You the Opportunity To
Directly impact millions of customers worldwide, shaping how they experience and interact with their Wise Account.
Own and execute your vision, with the autonomy to make key product decisions and see them through.
Work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, where your work will have a direct and measurable impact on customers globally.
Collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, designers, researchers, and analysts to bring ideas to life.
Qualifications
You have 5+ years of experience building customer-facing digital products, preferably in user experience (UX) and customer journey optimisation, ideally in fintech, banking, or technology-driven organisations.
You are customer-obsessed and data-driven, deeply understanding customer needs, pain points, and behaviours, and with strong analytical skills.
You are a clear communicator who can adapt to your audience and deliver key messages as efficiently as possible.
You have good technical understanding that can help unblock decisions from engineering leadership.
You’re hands on, don’t stick to a “by the book” product role definition, and you’d do everything needed to make the team and the product successful.
Experience in fintech or finance is not a requirement, as you are a fast learner and have proven so in every domain you have worked in.

Hybrid Workspace
Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We expect new joiners in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months. After that, most Wisers split their working week between the office and home, typically coming in at least 12 times a month.
