Product Install Specialist
WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Product Install Specialist to install products in our customer’s vehicles and provide product information.
Schedules will vary and will include one or both weekend days

As a Product Install Specialist you will
- Install a variety of recently purchased after-market products in our customer’s vehicles
- Establish service by studying our showroom system requirements; gather any necessary products and tools; complete installation
- Preserve rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques
- Maintain customer satisfaction by completing service in a timely manner
- Inform customers about the installation process, and product maintenance
- Stay informed about any new products and installation requirements
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations including all established department policies and procedures
- Interact with customers when applicable
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualified Candidates will
- Have at least 6 months of experience installing products in vehicles
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends
- Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude and demeanor that represents the company in a positive light at all times
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have great attendance and punctuality
- Be an excellent performer; deliver high quality results consistently
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
- Be authorized to work in the United States
