All about the role:

We are looking for a Product Innovation Manager Hobs who will drive surface cooking innovation projects from idea generation to market launch.

What you’ll do:

In this role you will map the market starting from capturing ideas about future products and translating them into commercially viable products. The role offers a great opportunity to learn about the business across EMEA region and it will also help you create a helicopter view of the category, being involved in strategic innovation activities.

For us Product Line organization is probably one of the most exciting parts of the business where you are put at the core of what we do – drive business results with the ultimate goal to deliver outstanding consumer experiences.

In detail, you will:

  • Closely work with the European Category Manager in developing and executing the category generation plan to deliver strategic business objectives
  • Identify new opportunities by deep understanding of consumer insight, market trends and competitive gaps
  • Participate actively in development of new consumer experience ideas
  • Translate ideas into product concepts based on relevant consumer insights
  • Collaborate with R&D and Design to drive the product development process through its different phases
  • Build the base model catalogue for new products
  • Prepare product specification documents and input them in the respective systems, ensuring timely sharing of new product information 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure timely and effective development of marketing assets to support the commercial launch

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business and commercial areas
  • Experience across product development, market analysis, consumer insight, ranging and pricing is highly preferred
  • Profit & loss understanding
  • Project management skills, able to plan and focus on strategic priorities
  • Openness to occasional traveling
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is nice to have
  • You’re a proactive team-player with good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Your mindset is continues learning and striving for great product innovation
