As an Industry Solutions Director in Industry Product Solutions, Corporate Investment Banking (also known as CIB) Healthcare Payments, you provide deep industry-specific knowledge to deliver value for prospects and clients. You leverage your consultative sales approach with your advanced product and industry knowledge to differentiate the firm's offerings.
Your passion for solving healthcare industry challenges combined with deep analytical and strategic thinking will drive meaningful change for our clients.
Job responsibilities

  • Partners with clients in consulting engagements to understand their current processes, challenges, and priorities
  • Applies a deep understanding of the industry to manage the development and modification of strategies and treasury solutions for complex clients and prospects, while engaging Banking and Treasury Officers in the process
  • Engages with our Sales teams as a part of account planning to deliver strategic industry and treasury solutions
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to highly complex organizations, provides insights into market demands and industry trends, and publishes thought leadership materials
  • Brings a technical mindset to understanding the full suite of payments products and client resources to define practical and effective solutions
  • Develops an understanding of the intricate needs of client stakeholders spanning technology, finance and operations
  • Evaluates changes in regulatory and technology landscapes to anticipate emerging client needs
  • Creates and delivers solution designs to clients to build consensus, drive mandates and facilitate timely and accurate solution delivery
  • Drives the evolution and growth of industry leading product solutions


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience solutioning for an industry or working with a broad set of related products
  • Experience working with complex clients, designing modified strategies using a consultative sales approach, and applying new methods to determine solutions for complex businesses in a specific industry
  • Ability to develop and deepen client relationships
  • Proven ability to deliver value within highly matrixed and complex organizations
  • Experience with healthcare and financial IT systems, their key functions and points of integration
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to varied audiences


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Practitioner experience or consulting background with the respective industry covered
