  • Facilitate client workshops, product demos, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Act as a product expert and technical liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Understand product architecture, API capabilities, integrations, and configuration options to advise clients effectively.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable configuration or development tasks.
  • Identify gaps or enhancements and provide structured feedback to product management.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Work with engineering teams on integration requirements, data mapping, and custom configuration needs.
  • Support product releases by assessing impact on client implementations and advising on rollout strategy.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple client implementations concurrently.
  • Ensure alignment with scope, budget, and contractual commitments.
  • Produce documentation, training materials, implementation guides, and client handoff packages.
  • Monitor adoption and KPIs post-launch to ensure client success.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders—from operational teams to executives.
  • Communicate technical concepts in business-friendly language and guide clients through change management.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to maximize product value and drive long-term client retention.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a closely related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product implementation, solutions consulting, or technical project management in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles, APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients (insurance or financial services preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

BONUS POINTS:

  • Prior InsuraTech, policy administration, claims, underwriting, or data/analytics product experience.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools used for data mapping or configuration.
