  • Ensure content remains current, relevant, and aligned with NinjaOne's partner growth philosophy

Thought Leadership & Speaker Management for Peer Group Events
  • Source, vet, and manage 20-30 annual speakers, including MSP CEOs, private equity leaders, and subject matter experts

  • Collaborate with each speaker to design sessions aligned with community objectives and partner needs

  • Integrate event takeaways, recordings, and materials back into the Partner Portal and peer group library

Program Growth & Measurement
  • Track engagement, satisfaction, and community-driven pipeline performance

  • Deliver quarterly impact reports tied to upsell, cross-sell, and competitive conversion metrics

  • Expand the community into new partner segments and geographic regions

  • Ensure community insights inform and influence broader company initiatives

  • Other duties as needed
