We are looking for talented candidates with the following qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in product management, product operations, UX/UI, or a related field
Strong proficiency in English—our written communication and documentation are in English
Experience in defining product requirements, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving product development
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into product improvements
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy effectively
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and a user-centric approach
Ideally located in Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
Description of the Role:
As part of the Product Team, you will play a crucial role in defining and improving the products that drive Clara’s success. Your contributions will directly impact our customers, ensuring that we build intuitive, scalable, and high-performing solutions. While the specific responsibilities may vary by role, typical tasks will include:
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with business goals.
User Research & Insights: Gather user feedback, analyze data, and conduct market research to identify customer needs and pain points.
Product Development & Execution: Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely execution.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to launch and iterate on products.
Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance, measure key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize features.
Customer Experience & Growth: Identify opportunities to improve the user experience, streamline workflows, and drive product adoption.
