The Role

(A) Product Management
1) Ownership of New product / program development in co-ordination with all Stakeholders for Health Care Finance (HCF) and Industrial Equipment Finance (IE)
2) Customer segmentation & product offerings - Framework design & implementation 
3) Continuously improve the existing products based on portfolio performance & Market dynamics.
4) Activation of all product programs in HCF & IE funding
5) Activation of all regions in all the programs
6) ATS & Program guardrail management for HCF & IE
7) Product Marketing / Key USP / Branch level activity - 3 per month
8) Marketing Campaign for product X-sell & Upsell for HCF & IE
 

(B) Process Management
1) Build RLOS platform for HCF & IE business 
2) Process re-engineering & TAT management
3) Develop Sales tools to increase productivity 
4) Service Guarantee offering in service 
5) Adherence to SOP and ensuring 100% file processing as per guidelines
6) NIL audit errors for the product
7) Process innovation

(C) Business & Revenue Management
1) Achieve business growth target, incremental book growth, portfolio yield
2) Work on sale budget, revenue parameters like sourcing yield, Fees
3) Maintain optimal sourcing mix / channel Mix 
4) Cost control measures for better profitability.
 

(D) OEM Management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective OEM partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all OEM-related communications and negotiations.
• Understand OEM business models, pain points, and market trends to offer tailored partnership strategies.
• Drive co-marketing, co-development, and go-to-market initiatives to maximize mutual value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with OPS and legal teams to support partnership execution.
• Monitor partner performance against SLAs, KPIs, and other contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular business reviews with OEMs to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Manage contract renewals, amendments, and compliance with partnership terms.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams based on OEM interactions.
• Support pricing, product roadmap alignment, and supply chain coordination, as applicable.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive end-to-end product and process management for Health Care Finance (HCF) and Industrial Equipment Finance (IE), including new product/program development, customer segmentation, and continuous portfolio improvement. 
  2. Ensure activation across regions, manage ATS and guardrails, and execute marketing campaigns for cross-sell and upsell.
  3. Build and optimize RLOS platform, re-engineer processes for TAT, and implement SOP adherence with zero audit errors.
  4. Achieve business growth, revenue targets, and maintain optimal sourcing mix while controlling costs. 
  5. Develop and manage OEM partnerships, lead negotiations, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and drive co-marketing initiatives to maximize mutual value.
