So, what's the job?

We’re seeking a talented, data-oriented, and creative Growth Product Manager who will focus on growth funnels performance, to join Guardio's Product Growth Team.

You will:

  • Lead the creation, optimization, and personalization of funnels to achieve growth objectives at scale.
  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics, translating hands-on data analysis into actionable insights and impactful initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Acquisition team to optimize user acquisition strategies and integrate them seamlessly into growth funnels and product experiences.
  • Be part of the team that moves the needle for the company by leading impactful user experiences and driving strategic initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, R&D, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support to align strategies and deliver measurable business impact.

What kind of candidates are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Monetization Manager, Growth Product Manager, or in CVR optimization for B2C products.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Deep business understanding, enabling you to identify growth opportunities and assess their impact on company objectives.
  • Technical orientation - comfortable working with developers and tools like Mixpanel, JSON configs, or similar.
  • Creative mindset with a bias for experimentation and rapid iteration.

Bonus points for

  • Direct experience building and optimizing funnels at scale.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for funnel discovery and optimization (e.g., Vibe-code).
  • A track record of bridging acquisition strategies with in-product growth initiatives.

Skills Required
