Requirements

The role:

As a Product Manager, Product-Led Growth (PLG), you will own and scale Kaltura’s self-serve experience, focusing on driving user activation and expanding our PLG offering. You will lead the end-to-end user journey, from first touch through activation, subscription, and expansion, while building new entry points for users to discover and adopt Kaltura’s products independently.

This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of product, growth, marketing, payments, and data. You will work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Ops, Growth, R&D, and third-party partners to remove friction, optimize conversion, and turn PLG into a meaningful revenue and pipeline driver.

The day-to-day

  • Own and optimize the activation funnel, improving time-to-value and increasing activation rates across PLG entry points
  • Design and run experiments (A/B tests and growth initiatives) to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Expand Kaltura’s PLG offering by identifying new self-serve entry points, use cases, and packaging opportunities
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to align acquisition, messaging, and onboarding experiences
  • Collaborate with Engineering and third-party integrations to build scalable, reliable PLG infrastructure and experiences
  • Instrument user journeys and analyze behavioral data to identify friction points and drive data-informed decisions
  • Define and track key KPIs such as activation rate, conversion, time-to-value, PLG revenue, and PQL generation

Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a focus on Product-Led Growth (PLG).
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data to drive product decisions
  • Ability to design and execute experiments with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes
  • Technical fluency to work closely with engineering on integrations, tracking, and scalable systems
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills across product, marketing, and business teams

These would also be nice:

  • Experience with subscription, billing, or payments systems
  • Familiarity with PLG and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment)
  • Background in media, video, or complex platform products
