monday.com is looking for a Product Group Lead to join the rapidly expanding BigBrain team dedicated to enhancing employees efficiency through innovative AI and data solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be impact-driven, strategic, curious, highly analytical, and business savvy. This role involves:

  • Leading, growing, and mentoring a team of product managers promoting a culture of creativity, innovation, and measurable impact within Bigbrain 
  • Effectively collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization, including developers, designers, CX, Marketing, Sales and senior leadership
  • Helping to shape and drive the best direction for Bigbrain product roadmap, and advancing our suite of internal tools built to empower every department and employee at monday to be more data-driven and scale with technology.

Requirements

  • Proven Product Management Experience: At least 5 years as a product manager with a track record of delivering impactful products.
  • Proven managerial Experience: at least 3 years of experience as a manager of product managers and have a proven track record in nurturing top talents. 
  • Top-notch communication skills: Strong communication skills, ability to inspire and lead diverse teams and clearly explain product decisions and their rationale.
  • Strategic and Impact-Driven: Strong strategic mindset with a “business first” mentality, balancing short and long-term needs.
  • Self-Driven Leader: Comfortable making decisions and leading without consensus, with a bias for action.
  • Problem Solver: Skilled at breaking down complex problems into actionable steps that accelerate decision-making.
  • Data-driven: Proficient in using both qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
  • Adaptable: Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Mentor and Supporter: Enjoy mentoring, supporting, and training others.
