- Capable in die and package level de-processing methodology include decapsulation, delayering, cross section and dry and wet etching.
- Familiar in SEM/FIB microscopy, EDX elemental analysis and nanoprobing.
- Manage FA lab consumables and chemical inventory, replenish inventory to ensure smooth FAFI execution and lab sustainability.
- Responsible to maintain the lab tools in good condition for FA needs and deal with vendor with tool's consumables and maintenance.
- Develop, characterize, and optimize FA methodologies and tools for efficiency/cost improvement.
- Candidate must possess at least a BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic, Microelectronics Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor failure analysis.
- Knowledgeable in advanced wafer / device level CMOS and analog circuits, silicon processing, semiconductor device physics and circuits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
