In your day-to-day activities, you will continuously improve our product features to determine the best alternatives for our clients.

Here are some job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement action plans according to the product development strategy, both for new products and existing products

  • Evaluate existing product-related processes and propose and implement optimization solutions

  • Recommend improvements to maximize performance (areas: sales, customer retention, upsell, cross-sell, profitability)

  • Identify new ideas to develop the current product portfolio by researching industry trends and market practices

  • Develop proposals for new products for clients and propose detailed product launches in the market

  • Ensure proper launch of new products and support the sales process in defining the commercial strategy by providing clear directions on the weight of products in the portfolio

  • Prepare and propose simple business case formats for opportunities to improve product performance

  • Prepare cost and benefit analysis, including necessary IT infrastructure

  • Build and develop collaborative relationships both with other functions within the company and with external partners

What we need from you?

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the financial sector in product development area, preferably in online or credit card lending

  • Degree qualified

  • Team player, positive attitude, responsible and open minded

  • Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, customer orientation

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Skills Required
