Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly adaptable and solutions-driven Product Engineer to serve as the central hub for cross-departmental project management and execution. In this role, you will receive tasks and project requests from various teams—including Product Management Sales, Marketing, and R&D, , —ensuring seamless collaboration and technical execution. As the primary engineering resource for multiple departments, you will be responsible for addressing technical needs, problem-solving, and driving innovation to support business objectives. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives across different fields. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment and enjoys solving complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Centralized Engineering Support & Task Execution

• Act as the primary engineering resource for multiple departments, receiving and executing tasks related to product design, development, testing, and improvement.
• Manage incoming project requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely execution while maintaining quality standards.
• Serve as the go-to technical expert for various teams, offering guidance and engineering insights.

Cross-Functional Task Opportunities & Collaboration

• Product Management: Assist in proof-of-concept development, prototyping, and integration tool refinement to improve product capabilities.
• Sales: Support field engineers with product testing and customer demonstrations, providing technical expertise for sales pitches and solutions.
• Marketing: Assist in developing technical reports, white papers, and supporting product-related content to enhance brand positioning.
• R&D: Collaborate on testing, integration, and analytics projects, ensuring seamless development and implementation of new technologies.

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Identify and implement engineering solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product development.
• Develop new testing tools, automation strategies, and methodologies to streamline product workflows.
• Ensure all technical work aligns with industry standards, regulatory compliance, and customer needs.

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field).
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks from different departments and effectively prioritize workload.
• Experience in product development, testing, and engineering problem-solving.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project demands and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of automation, prototyping, and integration processes.
