Your Role and Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to be responsible for the engineering of products according to the required technical specifications during product development and/or active products technical improvements.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
Leading and managing projects and activities during the life cycle of the products after the release for sales. Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project team/s. Motivate and monitor internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
Managing the cost, scheduling and performing objectives of the projects and its work packages within a global organization. Manage interdependencies between cross-functional workstreams in order to realize specified deliverables and benefits. Ensure appropriate requirements within the projects by partnering with relevant business unit/s or external resources.
Ensuring understanding of customer value in the projects and act to ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations. Take into consideration requirements and demands coming from customers and from internally within ABB.
Ensuring transparency around change requests, identify risks and ensure that they are properly managed and communicated.
Managing all product changes and requested customizations according to the ABB gate model from the request to the release for sales. Work closely with agile teams, operation and sales units providing the best solution to fulfil the business case and customer satisfaction in terms of response and delivery time, quality level and product performance.
Transferring new products from development team to operation with all the set of documentation (Drawings, BoM, Working Instruction, Spare parts list, Product Manuals….).
Qualifications for the Role
You have a master’s degree (5 years) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
You have a solid understanding of manufacturing technologies.
You are confident using PLM systems (such as Windchill), SAP, MS Office, and 2D/3D CAD tools.
You have excellent command of the English language.
You are at ease communicating both in Italian and English.
You have strong interpersonal skills, can manage multiple tasks effectively, and communicate clearly and professionally.
Compensation Package

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
Minimum annual salary: € 36 000
