The Product Engineer will work with developers, software development engineers in test (SDETs), lead engineers, product managers, and project managers to plan, design, code, and test functionally. This role works on every level of the technology stack, from the User interface and services to business logic and data access. The Software Developer delivers sophisticated product features to our clients by providing open-source development knowledge and experiences to the product team.
Job Responsibilities- Develops full-stack Software as a service (SaaS) applications using a variety of server, web, and mobile technologies.
- Works within a SCRUM agile process with two-week sprints.
- Participates in regular stand-up meetings, planning sessions, and other collaborative meetings.
- Engages with stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver robust solutions that meet our customers’ needs and surpass their expectations.
- Contributes to all aspects of the development process: planning and estimation, writing code, creating automated tests, maintaining Continuous integration(CI) builds and environments, deploying solutions, and supporting production systems.
- Collaborates with the team to build effective user interfaces and highly engaging user experiences.
- Maintains and increases proficiency in all relevant technologies by means of peer education, self-study, and training, if offered.
- Proficient in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Software as a Service (SaaS), Web Services, Web Services Description Language(WSDL), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Representational State Transfer (REST) and Remote Procedure Call (RPC), JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Microservices, and Web Content Management Technologies.
- Proven experience in JavaScript libraries such as Reactjs, AngularJS, jQuery, Backbonejs, Emberjs etc Oracle 11g/12C, MySQL, SQL Server 2008/2012
- Proven DevOps automation and orchestration experience using tools such as Puppet, Chef, Jenkins, Git, BitBucket, Jira
- Solid understanding of Amazon Web Services hosting solution and keeping current on the new offerings of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Experience in full-stack development, including User Interface (UI), REST API design, business logic, and data access
- JavaScript experience, including experience working with SPA and MVC frameworks such as AngularJS, knockoutjs, or Durandal
- Progressive work experience in open-source technology solutions
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$116,000 - $138,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
