As a Senior Software Engineer, you will architect and manage the Perception codebase, build backend systems for machine learning and computer vision, oversee deployment infrastructure, and mentor other engineers to enhance software quality.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager owns product positioning, drives go-to-market strategies, creates sales enablement materials, and collaborates cross-functionally to effectively launch and position products in the automation and manufacturing technology market.

Administer and scale core IT platforms, including Google Workspace, JAMF, Intune, Azure Active Directory, Okta, and CrowdStrike. Manage identity, access, endpoint security, device provisioning, patching, compliance, troubleshooting, and Tier 2/3 support across macOS, iOS, and Windows. Own system integrations and lifecycle management, document processes, support incident response and audits, participate in on-call rotations, and automate workflows to improve security, reliability, and employee technology experience.

Own part templating quality, consistency, scheduling, and throughput for the Mission Control team. The role combines hands-on templating with operational leadership and continuous process improvement.

Lead development of perception algorithms for robotic welding using RGB, LiDAR, and ToF sensors. Oversee research on image processing, point cloud and 3D sensor fusion, design and evaluate deep learning models, optimize deployable perception systems, mentor junior engineers, and drive architecture and strategic decisions for production-ready robotics perception.

As a Deployment Engineer, you will integrate and calibrate robotic systems, troubleshoot software issues, document errors, and train technicians.

Lead and scale the field deployment engineering team to install and commission robotic welding cells. Build SOPs, commissioning checklists, and metrics; own out-of-box quality and pre-shipment validation; manage Jira ticket lifecycle, triage field incidents, perform RCA, and coordinate cross-functional feedback to improve product deployability and reduce installation time and callbacks.

The Senior Software Engineer will architect production-grade systems using Python, lead best engineering practices, build tools for research teams, design CI/CD workflows, and mentor peers in a collaborative environment.

Produce and own marketing visual assets—one-pagers, slide decks, web/email graphics, trade show materials, print collateral, and simple data visualizations. Maintain and evolve the design system, prepare production-ready files, brief external partners, and set visual direction while working hands-on daily within brand constraints for technical B2B audiences.

The Machine Learning Engineer will develop and deploy AI systems for robotics, focusing on advanced manipulation techniques and control algorithms, collaborating across teams.
