Who We Are

Maybern is transforming the way private fund managers effectively manage their funds through cutting edge technology. Maybern is founded by top engineering experts with deep knowledge of the fund management space.

Private funds manage $15T in capital and are growing at 20% YoY, but with increasing regulatory scrutiny and investor demands for transparency, the need for world class software to help private fund CFOs is crucial.

This is where Maybern comes in.

We are equipping fund managers with intuitive, flexible fund management software, enabling private investment managers to focus on what they do best: driving returns for their investors. We are backed by leading venture capital firms and a large number of strategic investors.

Maybern is an NYC based company with a strong in-office culture to drive collaboration, and we are looking to make strong additions to our team.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Product Enablement Manager to support product education. This role sits at the intersection of product, go-to-market strategy, and education, and will play a key role in equipping our Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to speak confidently, deliver value quickly, and win consistently.

You’ll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Client Success, Product, and Marketing. In the role, you’ll help build and scale enablement programs that empower both our customers and the teams who serve them. This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role with room to grow as the function evolves.

What You'll Do
  • Product Launch Enablement

    • Deliver virtual and live training sessions for Sales, CS, and Implementation teams

    • Ensure that product updates are communicated clearly and consistently across Revenue teams

    • Serve as a liaison between Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, and the GTM teams to keep enablement materials up to date

    • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned to market insights and customer narratives across battlecards, talk tracks, and competitive positioning

  • Enablement Infrastructure & Strategy

    • Contribute to the buildout and maintenance of core enablement programs, including onboarding, ongoing training, and product readiness

    • Support the development of scalable systems such as content libraries, training plans, and internal certification paths

    • Track enablement KPIs and feedback loops to inform continuous improvement

Who You Are
  • Technical Skill and Knowledge: You are an expert or are seeking to become an expert in your area and seek ways to improve your craft

  • Adaptability: You adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, effectively coping with complexity and change, and thrive as a self-starter who takes initiative without needing much direction

  • Communication: You speak and write clearly and concisely, collaborate across functions effectively, and maintain open lines of communication

  • Delivery & Impact: You consistently produce high-quality work that drives measurable outcomes and meets or exceeds expectations

  • Results-oriented: You prioritize tasks, overcome obstacles, and ensure deliverables are met with quality and efficiency

This Could Be a Great Fit If You…
  • Have 3–5+ years in Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a similar GTM role in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Possess strong attention to detail and project management skills: ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and execute autonomously

  • Are comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging live & virtual training sessions, facilitate discussions, break down complex sales processes and products into clear actionable insights, and present confidently to diverse audiences

  • Are familiar with GTM tools such as Clay, Apollo, Notion, Gong, or similar platforms

  • Are eager to explore and apply AI and emerging technologies to reimagine how work gets done

  • Bonus: Experience working in or selling to fintech, fund services, or private capital markets

Benefits
