Own Maybern’s financial model, budgeting, reforecasting, operating metrics, headcount planning, board and investor reporting, and path-to-profitability analysis. Partner with executives, Sales, and Product on strategic decisions, pricing, deal structures, and investments. Build KPI infrastructure, improve ARR and revenue reporting, and automate recurring finance workflows using AI and internal dashboards as the company prepares for Series C.

Build customer-facing agentic AI experiences, including chatbots, embedded assistance, MCP integrations, and automated reconciliation workflows. Partner with product teams, domain experts, customers, and engineers to identify valuable AI applications across fund-management software. Design reliable multi-step agent systems, evaluate model outputs and failure modes, and ship production software while shaping product direction in a fast-moving environment.

Build and evolve core platform components, including data modeling, integration testing, release tooling, internal developer tools, and reliable services. Architect systems, lead initiatives, mentor engineers, partner across teams, and improve scalability, performance, fault tolerance, observability, and production reliability. The role also involves developing AI-enabled developer tools and independently driving complex projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
