Design and develop scalable financial software supporting fund accounting, capital raising, investor reporting, and compliance. Lead projects through the full product lifecycle, build backend services and user interfaces, integrate APIs, and improve testing, DevOps, scalability, and reliability. Design financial data models, implement secure SOC 2-compliant processing, create ephemeral preview environments, re-architect allocation systems, and build isolated private cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, PostgreSQL, and LangChain.

Own post-sale client relationships for a private fund management platform. Manage implementation, adoption, value realization, account health, and retention while coordinating internal teams and resolving complex customer issues. Guide clients through change management, product workflows, and measurable success planning. Translate feedback into internal action plans, identify expansion opportunities, support advocacy efforts, and mentor junior customer success managers.

Own Maybern’s financial model, budgeting, reforecasting, operating metrics, headcount planning, board and investor reporting, and path-to-profitability analysis. Partner with executives, Sales, and Product on strategic decisions, pricing, deal structures, and investments. Build KPI infrastructure, improve ARR and revenue reporting, and automate recurring finance workflows using AI and internal dashboards as the company prepares for Series C.
