We are hiring a Product Director to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.
What you'll be doing:
The ideal candidate will be working collaboratively with management, engineering, and operations teams to oversee the design, creation, and seamless delivery of various products for our federal clients. This delivery-focused Product role will focus primarily on ensuring their products solve the client’s big problems.
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years full product lifecycle experience working with quickly growing, technically focused companies.
- Proven expertise in leading and managing cross-functional agile teams within a SAFe environment, dedicated to delivering user-centric products. Skilled in fostering collaboration among designers, developers, testers, and product owners to achieve optimal results.
- Understanding of multiple disciplines such as Product Management, Engineering, Design, Sales, etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and delivering solutions by collaborating with design and development teams. Skilled in shaping product vision and strategy, evaluating ideas, prioritizing features, analyzing data, and adhering to market, product, and federal requirements.
- An eye for quality, organization, and clear communication with teams and clients.
- FHIR experience, nice to have.
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Must be able to attain low-level security clearance

- Bachelor’s degree

Compensation:
At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $135,000 – $170,000
