About The Opportunity
The Social and Trading bot domain has emerged as one of OKX's most critical and rapidly growing sectors over the past two years. It constitutes a significant share of our platform's daily active traders and trading volume. With this swift growth, escalating user demands, and a promising future for this business, we are committed to allocating more resources to this sector. Our aim is to build top-tier products and ultimately grow this line into a billion-dollar enterprise.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the traffic growth PM team and in charge of internal traffic growth and off-site growth.
- Identify user growth opportunities across different lifecycle stages and segmented user tiers by data insights, and recommend high-conversion products such as bots or tailored solutions for diverse user needs.
- Analyze the transformation path of user behavior, work closely with the design team, continuously optimize the front-end page interactions and visual experience, and be responsible for conversion results.
- Fully leverage site-wide traffic by optimizing user acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies to enhance traffic efficiency and design scalable mid-to-long-term solutions.
- Stay attuned to growth best practices, conduct user research and competitive analysis, and explore innovative approaches in traffic engagement strategies, campaign design, and contextual user outreach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and scale mission-critical growth initiatives from ideation to execution, prioritizing resources to deliver holistic solutions aligned with business goals.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills by clearly defining project scope and requirements. Proactively track timelines, progress, and deliverables, ensuring effective stakeholder coordination and delivering impactful results on time and with high quality.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly within the crypto or internet industry.
- Have unique insights and thoughts on growth and user experience, and be willing to combine data to try various methods to improve business growth.
- Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems, synthesize insights, and conduct retrospectives; data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills.
- Curious with a strong ability for self-learning, open to exploring innovative projects for driving product growth.
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience in Crypto/FX/Stocks trading, including quant trading, bot trading, or technical analysis.
- Proven success in designing growth strategies and tiered user experience management within fintech, e-commerce trading platforms, or related industries is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
