As a Product Development Technologist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our products show up for consumers across major retail partners. You will contribute to cross-functional project teams developing Home and Personal Care products for the Australian and New Zealand markets. Reporting directly to the Head of R&D you will make a make a highly valued contribution to deliver results that matter.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Coordinating the technical requirements to deliver a range of products within our homecare and personal care categories.
- Drive new product innovation and core product renovation, balancing speed, cost, and quality.
- Working with the Asia Regional Supply Chain and technical teams, the internal and external vendor base to ensure that projects are delivered on time
- Participate in ideation sessions with Marketing to provide technical solutions for new product concepts, providing key technical support to Marketing and Commercial
- Managing all aspects of technical documentation, sourcing briefs, product specifications, line standards and collating product dossiers.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Degree in Business, Chemistry/Science or related
- Experience of surfactants; industrial chemicals, with a strong understanding of raw materials and formulation chemistry
- Previous hands-on lab experience; ability to design and run experiments independently
- Proficiency with stability testing, claims substantiation methodologies, and manufacturing processes
- Minimum three years’ experience in an FMCG organisation or Cleaning Industry (retail)
- Project Management - Ability to work cross functionally towards shared goal with a variety of personalities.

Skills Required
- Degree in Business, Chemistry, Science, or a related field
