Drive territory sales and distributor performance to achieve KPIs (sell-in/sell-out, distribution, visibility, promotions). Manage key distributor relationships, stock, collections, payments and reconciliations. Plan and execute customer/territory sales plans, oversee merchandisers, ensure retail standards, POS stewardship, credit control, safety, and quality management system adherence (ISO 45001). Support JBP development and deliver month-over-month and year-over-year growth.

Drive channel-specific commercial strategies across pricing, promotions, pack architecture and planning. Turn commercial and syndicated data into actionable recommendations to improve promotional ROI, margin and market share. Build category/channel frameworks, monitor competitor and market trends, and partner with Marketing, Sales and Category teams to support innovation launches and deliver aligned commercial execution.

Support delivery of procurement strategies across raw materials, packaging and third-party suppliers. Coordinate supplier onboarding and product/packaging changes, use data to identify cost savings and process improvements, track supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, and support tenders, benchmarking and innovation projects with cross-functional teams.

Support planning, execution, and monitoring of sales/marketing projects. Collect and analyze data, prepare reports and presentations, collaborate cross-functionally, track milestones, and contribute to process improvements and market research.

Manage cash application and accounts receivable collections, communicate with customers to resolve invoice issues, maintain documentation for audits, forecast collections, analyze receivables, follow up on escalations, and continuously improve AR processes to meet SLAs and reporting requirements.

Lead ANZ digital commerce and trade marketing strategy across key retailers, driving online sales, digital shelf performance, and retail media activation. Develop plans, forecasts and measurement frameworks; optimise content, availability, pricing and promotions; manage agencies and tech partners; partner with Sales and Marketing to convert insights into measurable growth in sales, share and penetration.

Develop short and medium-term promotional strategies, manage channel visibility, lead projects, analyze results, and enhance profitability of traditional channels.

Lead corporate tax compliance, reporting and advisory across Indonesia and regional markets. Manage tax filings, provisions, audits, transfer pricing documentation, disputes, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to ensure tax compliance and risk mitigation.

Lead and execute the commercial agenda for a Nigerian region: manage field sales teams, drive sell-in/sell-out performance, distributor and channel management, coach zonal managers, deliver sales, distribution, profitability and brand visibility, and turn strategy into operational execution supporting new product launches.
