As Product Develop Manager you will lead an engineering team responsible for product development activities across screens and centrifuge product line lifecycle. The role is responsible for delivering current development projects to successful market launch while shaping the next generation of product technologies. Your responsibilities

What you bring
  • Mechanical Engineering qualification with 15+ years' experience in a similar role.

  • Ability to analyse and solve complex engineering problems through the application of advanced knowledge.

  • Extensive experience in the design and development of vibrating equipment, including structural dynamics and fatigue design using first principles and FEA methods.

  • Proficient in the use of ANSYS and SolidWorks.

  • Proven experience in product development leadership within an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.

  • Strong understanding of stage-gate product development processes and lifecycle management.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in driving product standardisation and portfolio optimisation.

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of competitive market dynamics.

  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
