The Product Development Engineer will enable new process node startup, perform electrical failure analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve yields through statistical analysis and recommendations for design solutions.

2. Utilizing statistical tool for detailed data analysis on product to drive yield improvement projects;
3. Identifying causes of low yield through systematic analysis;
4. Identifying design marginalities and recommending design solutions for circuit-related problems; and
5. Utilizing engineering equipment to support product characterization and electrical failure analysis.
