Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and maintain accurate product data across PLM and ERP systems
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are accurate and complete
  • Create, maintain, and update seasonal product libraries, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Communicate product information and updates to vendors and overseas partners to support seamless execution
  • Distribute materials and product updates to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Support style adds, drops, and revisions while ensuring clean and accurate hand-offs to Production

Requirements
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • PLM experience (Centric preferred)
  • ERP Experience (Exenta preferred)
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Excel

The annual salary range for this full-time position is between $65,000 - $80,000.
