Creates and maintains tech packs, measurements, line sketches, and construction details; measures samples, attends fittings, communicates with overseas teams, and coordinates with factories to ensure garments meet specifications and timelines. The role requires technical apparel knowledge, PLM experience, Adobe Illustrator proficiency, strong organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

Assist senior designers with developing women’s dresses from concept through production. Responsibilities include creating design boards, digital sketches, AI renderings, tech packs, cad decks, and seasonal line plans; researching trends; sourcing fabrics and trims; preparing samples; tracking sample progress; maintaining design files and swatches; and entering sample data into asset management systems.

Supports apparel product development and design teams by managing fabric and print development data, entering strike-off and lab dip requests into PLM systems, maintaining Excel fabric charts, tracking development materials and timelines, updating records, and providing administrative and project support. The role requires strong computer skills, accurate data entry, organization, communication, and proficiency with Excel and Adobe Photoshop.

Designs sweaters and creates technical packages, sketches, and CADs using Illustrator. Coordinates with overseas factories on sample details, schedules, construction, yarn, and lab dips. Develops prints, patterns, prototypes, and specifications while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Requires strong color sense, attention to detail, communication, organization, and experience with sweater construction and production processes.

Research, source, allocate, and develop seasonal and core fabrics for private-label fashion brands. Supports seasonal fashion design and product development from trend research and concept creation through production. Responsibilities include developing fabrics, trims, prints, colors, and silhouettes; creating technical flat sketches and maintaining tech packs; reviewing lab dips and strike-offs; collaborating with CAD/Print, Production, Technical Design, Sales, and Fabric teams; and updating seasonal files and PLM records. The role requires balancing creative direction, commercial merchandising needs, construction, cost, and production timelines.

Manages wholesale retailer chargebacks, deductions, accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, cash application, write-offs, and invoice disputes. Researches and negotiates claims involving shortages, pricing, shipping, and EDI compliance. Coordinates with customers, sales, logistics, suppliers, 3PLs, management, and factoring partners to resolve claims, improve compliance, and protect revenue. The role requires strong Excel skills, retailer portal experience, factoring knowledge, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Lead technical development for woven garments by creating and reviewing tech packs, running fit sessions, resolving production issues with domestic and international factories, approving samples, and ensuring final product quality, fit, and alignment with design vision.

Serve as the primary technical and functional Exenta ERP analyst supporting production, finance, sales, operations and inventory. Provide user support and training, troubleshoot system and integration issues, manage projects, validate data, execute testing, maintain documentation, and coordinate upgrades with vendors.
