Coordinate international and domestic shipments from origin through final delivery, tracking status, resolving delays, reviewing documentation, and communicating with vendors, factories, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams. Support GS1/UCC-128 carton labeling, cartonization, factory compliance, shipment reporting, and delivery requirements. Manage multiple deadlines while ensuring accurate shipment information and on-time delivery.

Supports wholesale apparel sales by analyzing weekly selling performance, tracking orders, preparing market presentations and line sheets, monitoring trends, assisting with showroom meetings, and identifying business opportunities. Maintains showroom organization and contributes to a collaborative team environment.

Supports apparel product development and design teams by managing fabric and print development data, entering strike-off and lab dip requests into PLM systems, maintaining Excel fabric charts, tracking development materials and timelines, updating records, and providing administrative and project support. The role requires strong computer skills, accurate data entry, organization, communication, and proficiency with Excel and Adobe Photoshop.

Create sweater product development tech packs using samples, inspiration images, reference specifications, and designer direction. Apply knowledge of sweater construction, gauge, and stitches while developing product updates based on best sellers. Collaborate closely with designers, maintain organized workflows, and use Excel and PLM systems in a fast-paced women’s fashion environment.

Support the color team by maintaining filing, operating a fabric punch machine and scale to check fabric weights, and attending onsite production meetings. Requires 3 full days/week; suited for current fashion students or recent graduates with strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.

Lead technical development for woven garments by creating and reviewing tech packs, running fit sessions, resolving production issues with domestic and international factories, approving samples, and ensuring final product quality, fit, and alignment with design vision.

Support the design team with daily operations: update presentation/sketch boards, assist with tech packs, maintain yarn/trim libraries and digital sample archive, observe development to production, and help with office organization.

Manage sample approval process, sample tracker, WIP and PO management in Exenta, coordinate shipments and production tracking, support vendor cost negotiations, verify test reports and vendor-sourced labels, and ensure on-time delivery of production orders.

Manage technical development of sweater styles from concept to production. Create and maintain detailed tech packs, lead fit sessions, review samples, and work with domestic and international factories to resolve construction and fit issues. Apply expertise in yarns, knitting techniques, and manufacturing to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with design intent while maintaining thorough technical documentation.

Support the Creative Director through the full design process: create design sheets and tech packs, source trims/fabrics, sketch flats, set up silhouettes in the sewing room, manage placement prints and linings, communicate with sales and production, and help organize cohesive daytime dress collections.

Serve as the primary technical and functional Exenta ERP analyst supporting production, finance, sales, operations and inventory. Provide user support and training, troubleshoot system and integration issues, manage projects, validate data, execute testing, maintain documentation, and coordinate upgrades with vendors.
