Manages garment production workflows, including submits, production status, patternmaking coordination, approvals, factory communications, costing, FOB confirmations, purchase orders, style master maintenance, and sales sample requests. Partners with product development, merchandising, design, technical teams, and overseas factories to ensure accurate, timely production. Provides status reporting and maintains production documentation.

Supports seasonal fashion design and product development from trend research and concept creation through production. Responsibilities include developing fabrics, trims, prints, colors, and silhouettes; creating technical flat sketches and maintaining tech packs; reviewing lab dips and strike-offs; collaborating with CAD/Print, Production, Technical Design, Sales, and Fabric teams; and updating seasonal files and PLM records. The role requires balancing creative direction, commercial merchandising needs, construction, cost, and production timelines.

Design womenswear collections by sketching styles, creating CADs and development tech packs, fitting prototypes, providing fit comments, preparing design boards, researching trends, and approving trims and colors. The role requires strong fashion, color, sketching, garment construction, woven tech pack, multitasking, teamwork, and deadline-management skills.

Directs end-to-end garment production for fashion collections, ensuring timely delivery, quality, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance. Manages domestic and international manufacturers, production planning, supplier relationships, quality control, cost negotiations, process improvements, sustainability initiatives, and production issue resolution. Leads and mentors the production team while collaborating with design, sourcing, logistics, and quality teams. Requires extensive apparel production and global sourcing leadership experience, with domestic and international travel as needed.

Manages wholesale retailer chargebacks, deductions, accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, cash application, write-offs, and invoice disputes. Researches and negotiates claims involving shortages, pricing, shipping, and EDI compliance. Coordinates with customers, sales, logistics, suppliers, 3PLs, management, and factoring partners to resolve claims, improve compliance, and protect revenue. The role requires strong Excel skills, retailer portal experience, factoring knowledge, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Supports wholesale apparel sales by analyzing weekly selling performance, tracking orders, preparing market presentations and line sheets, monitoring trends, assisting with showroom meetings, and identifying business opportunities. Maintains showroom organization and contributes to a collaborative team environment.

Supports apparel product development and design teams by managing fabric and print development data, entering strike-off and lab dip requests into PLM systems, maintaining Excel fabric charts, tracking development materials and timelines, updating records, and providing administrative and project support. The role requires strong computer skills, accurate data entry, organization, communication, and proficiency with Excel and Adobe Photoshop.

Create sweater product development tech packs using samples, inspiration images, reference specifications, and designer direction. Apply knowledge of sweater construction, gauge, and stitches while developing product updates based on best sellers. Collaborate closely with designers, maintain organized workflows, and use Excel and PLM systems in a fast-paced women’s fashion environment.

Support the color team by maintaining filing, operating a fabric punch machine and scale to check fabric weights, and attending onsite production meetings. Requires 3 full days/week; suited for current fashion students or recent graduates with strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.

Lead technical development for woven garments by creating and reviewing tech packs, running fit sessions, resolving production issues with domestic and international factories, approving samples, and ensuring final product quality, fit, and alignment with design vision.

Manage technical development of sweater styles from concept to production. Create and maintain detailed tech packs, lead fit sessions, review samples, and work with domestic and international factories to resolve construction and fit issues. Apply expertise in yarns, knitting techniques, and manufacturing to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with design intent while maintaining thorough technical documentation.

Support the Creative Director through the full design process: create design sheets and tech packs, source trims/fabrics, sketch flats, set up silhouettes in the sewing room, manage placement prints and linings, communicate with sales and production, and help organize cohesive daytime dress collections.

Serve as the primary technical and functional Exenta ERP analyst supporting production, finance, sales, operations and inventory. Provide user support and training, troubleshoot system and integration issues, manage projects, validate data, execute testing, maintain documentation, and coordinate upgrades with vendors.
