The Team

Our product development functional team is made up of five specialists in Tommy Jeans men's product (non-denim) & sits as part of a larger functional team of twenty-three spanning across design, product development, product merchandising, tech & planning functions.
 

The Role

This role will specialise in men's knitted products with a clear focus on heavyweight knits. This product area is one of our most focused & most iconic, so with that comes a great opportunity for learning & development through such experience.
You will work closely with two other product developers specialising in men's knits alongside designers & merchandisers to build great product & collections.
Responsibilities

  • Product development, ensure the maintenance of product quality & efficient workflows
  • Product quality & standard setting, Review product & standard settings, ensuring all components are working together. Such standards are held from proto to bulk
  • KPI management, Ensure decision making during key milestones is possible through clear management & communication of strategic KPI's (Margin, costings)
  • Research & development, ensure vendor intelligence is captured & clear alignments & briefs exist between the team & the vendor

Ideal Candidate

  • 2 or 3 years of experience in product development
  • Experience in Menswear and in Knitted product groups
  • Based in the Netherlands
