We're looking for an experienced Product Designer with strong craft, a data-driven instinct, and a genuine curiosity for how things work. This is an end-to-end role from discovery to delivery, on a product that handles people's money and trust.

- Use AI tools actively across your work, research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, workflow automation. Build on what exists and bring new approaches to the team
- Help shape AI-driven product features in a super-app that is actively integrating AI into the user experience
- Conduct hands-on research: user interviews, usability tests, digging into data and analytics
- Contribute to and help evolve the design system shared across Viber products
- Stay connected to the bigger picture, how design decisions tie into product KPIs and business outcomes
- 5+ years of product design experience (that include some B2C mobile products)
- Genuine AI fluency: you use LLMs daily, you've built custom workflows, you've used vibe coding, Figma AI, or similar. You're always looking for what's next
- Someone who takes full ownership, from framing the problem to shipping, without needing to be told what to do next
- Leads with data: digs into data and analytics independently, understands the metrics behind a feature before jumping to solutions
- Strong UX foundation with real attention to detail. Get the details right: microcopy, edge cases, error states, micro-interactions.
- Comfortable running your own research
- Clear communicator, in writing and in conversation, across product, engineering, and leadership
Skills Required
- 5+ years of product design experience in B2C mobile products
- Experience in fintech, payments, or digital wallets
- Experience designing regulated or compliance-adjacent flows (identity verification, onboarding, transaction limits)
- Strong UX foundation with attention to microcopy, edge cases, error states, and micro-interactions
- Ability to dig into data and analytics independently and lead with data
- Ownership of full design process: discovery, research, prototyping, testing, final design
- Experience using AI tools across research, ideation, prototyping, and workflow automation
- Hands-on research experience: user interviews and usability testing
- Experience contributing to and evolving a shared design system
- Clear communicator in writing and conversation across product, engineering, and leadership
- Based in London office
