About the Role:

As the second Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end experience across our AI-native products and deliver real impact, designing for a diverse set of users including clinic staff, patients, and internal team across multiple touch points.

You'll leverage and scale our existing design system that brings consistency across every surface, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering, Product, and GTM to ship work that's both high-quality and high-velocity.

This role is built for someone who thinks in systems and communicates through stories, equally at home designing core AI product flows and crafting how we show up to the world.

What you’ll do:
  • Own product design end-to-end in a 0→1 environment: influence the roadmap, define experiences, and ship fast without sacrificing craft.

  • Design AI-native experiences across distinct user groups: internal operators, clinic users, and patients, each with different needs, contexts, and levels of technical fluency.

  • Leverage, maintain, and scale our design system: drive consistency across all products and touchpoints.

  • Set and hold the bar for UI/UX quality: partner closely with Product and Engineering to iterate quickly, prioritize user value, and continuously raise the standard.

What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years in b2b SaaS, designing and shipping production-ready digital products; startup experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience designing for multiple user personas across different surfaces, ideally in an AI-driven context where stakes and complexity are high.

  • Proven track record building products that drive user growth and commercial success.

  • A portfolio that goes beyond hero screens, showing comprehensive flows, edge cases, varied states, scalable components, and sharp interaction design across different user types.

  • Comfort with early-stage ambiguity: you make quick calls, seek feedback proactively, iterate rapidly, and hand off with clarity.

  • Deep Figma fluency: 90%+ of your work uses auto-layout and components, and you could run a Figma workshop (though we won't make you).

  • Infuse AI tooling into your daily workflow across user research, storytelling, UI copy, and beyond.

  • Familiarity with vibe-coding or prototyping tools such as Figma Make and Cursor; comfort with blurring the line between design and development.

  • Experience as an early design hire or founding designer at a startup.
