Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Create interactive elements and user flows to ensure seamless navigation
- Organize content logically for easy access and usability
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable design solutions
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across different devices
- Document design decisions and guidelines for accurate implementation
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
Requirements
- 4+ years in product design with a focus on web and mobile platforms
- Ability to create intuitive user flows and interactive elements
- Strong visual design skills: layout, typography, color, iconography
- Proficient in UI design, rapid prototyping and design iteration (Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools)
- Understanding of user research methods and applying insights to design
- Ability to plan and conduct usability tests and A/B experiments
- Knowledge of information architecture and content organization
- Experience designing responsive interfaces for all screen sizes
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developers
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Strong collaboration skills across product, dev, and stakeholder teams
- Excellent communication, user empathy, adaptability, and attention to detail
