What You'll Do
- As a Product designer you will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces for our supply chain management tools.
- You will work closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into effective requirements and design solutions.
- Your role involves conducting research, creating flows / wireframes / prototypes, and iterating designs based on feedback.
- You will also contribute to the overall design system and ensure consistency across products.
What You'll Need
- This role typically requires 2 - 6 years of relevant hands-on experience, though we place higher value on impact and problem-solving than just time in the seat
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Jira, and Google Suite. Comfortable configuring and using software analytics and user research platforms.
- Proactively explores and leverages emerging AI tools to enhance workflows, generate ideas, and accelerate design and research processes.
- Product/Business Knowledge: Solid understanding of user experience principles, standard product design patterns, and strong knowledge of how software engineers and AppSec teams do their work.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attitude: Curious, adaptable, and able to work towards both user and business needs.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify user pain points and develop effective design solutions that are appropriately sized.
