Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications for software supply chain security solutions. Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams across the software development lifecycle while improving security, performance, automation, CI/CD, and testing practices.

Drive enterprise software sales across Japan and Southeast Asia, expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers. Manage territory planning, prospecting, pipeline forecasting, partner engagement, upselling, cross-selling, and sales reporting. Collaborate with sales development and pre-sales teams to close opportunities averaging at least $50,000 ACV. Apply MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies while selling Sonatype’s software supply chain security products.

Design, automate, and scale Sonatype’s Azure engineering platform and delivery systems. Lead infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD modernization, administer Azure DevOps services, improve observability, security, reliability, and developer productivity, and manage Kubernetes-based environments. Partner with engineering teams on cloud-native delivery workflows, establish reusable platform patterns, drive incident response and automated remediation, and mentor engineers on Azure architecture, DevOps, release governance, and DevSecOps practices.

Analyze product usage, feature adoption, telemetry, and financial data to generate actionable insights. Own data modeling, dashboards, KPI development, and end-to-end analytics delivery while partnering with stakeholders on product initiatives. Mentor associate-level analysts and maintain strong execution metrics for analytics work. The role requires advanced SQL and Python, Databricks and PySpark expertise, visualization experience, and SaaS product analytics experience.

Own complex, cross-functional technical and data projects from planning through completion in a distributed SaaS environment. Develop project plans, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders, track project health, remove blockers, drive decisions, and provide leadership updates. Use AI and automation to improve project execution efficiency.

Full-cycle inside sales role focused on high-velocity public sector deals ($5k–$25k ARR). Prospect, qualify, advance, and close net-new logos; manage many concurrent short sales cycles; respond to RFIs/RFPs; align channel partners; maintain Salesforce/Clari hygiene and accurate forecasts.

Lead UX engineering for Sonatype's developer platform: co-create user flows with PMs and engineers, map complex IA and permissions, produce Miro diagrams, and build coded prototypes (HTML/CSS/JS/React) using GitHub, VS Code, and AI tools. Conduct lightweight research, coach teams on UX and accessibility, and ensure prototypes provide clear engineering specs for implementation.

Provide technical support for Sonatype products: debug and reproduce defects, troubleshoot customer environments (cloud, containers, app servers), file actionable engineering issues, build diagnostic tools, maintain knowledge base, and communicate escalations to product and management.
