Product Designer

We’re looking for a talented and driven UI/UX Designer to help shape our enterprise-level SaaS platform focused on global HR, payroll, and payments. You’ll play a key role in turning complex product requirements into simple, beautiful, and intuitive interfaces.  You’ll report to the Head of Product and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. We're a fast-paced, early-stage startup, and we need someone who is comfortable wearing many hats, iterating quickly, and designing solutions that scale across global markets. This role requires both strong user experience thinking and exceptional user interface execution. You should be excited about building something from the ground up, with an eye for detail, a passion for clean design, and a deep understanding of user needs.

What You’ll Do

• Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into elegant, user-friendly design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web applications.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and quality of implementation.
• Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and consistency across the product.
• Support the development and evolution of our design system and component libraries.
• Contribute to user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring new features and products to life in an agile environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric, data-informed design solutions for complex workflows.
• Experience designing enterprise-level applications—bonus points for HR tech or fintech/payments platforms.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools.
• Experience working in agile teams with close collaboration across product and engineering.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to present and justify design decisions with confidence.
• Startup experience or high comfort working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for global audiences and multi-language interfaces.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or global workforce management systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or design handoff tools.
