Product Designer

We are seeking a Product Designer who will lead design work for their product squad from concept to final implementation. The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and user research to define and implement new technology solutions for our member agents. The ideal candidate is someone looking for a fast-paced, high-growth environment in a well-funded company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design work for their product squad from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and user research to define and implement new technology solutions
• Plan and conduct usability testing to gather insights and validate design solutions
• Create user flow, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes for responsive web applications
• Maintain and improve the design system to ensure consistency across all products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably as part of an in-house team where you work closely with product management and engineering.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and high-quality work successfully driving business and user outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines a plus.
• Experience creating and maintaining a design system a plus.
