We are actively searching for a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic remote team. As a Product Designer at INGENIOUS.BUILD, you'll play a pivotal role in creating and refining user interfaces for the Financial tools and functionalities of our platform in collaboration with our product management and engineering teams. You'll have the opportunity to build prototypes, gather feedback from stakeholders, and ensure the seamless integration of design elements into our platform. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our Financial tools and functionalities and the satisfaction of our users.  If you're excited about shaping exceptional user experiences and are ready to contribute your skills to a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

In this position, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to create impactful user interfaces
  • Develop clickable prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into design iterations
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Oversee the design process and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct competition research to inform design decisions
  • Assist developers during the implementation phase by providing support and clarifications
  • Utilize INGENIOUS.BUILD Design System to maintain consistency across the product
  • Take ownership of features and drive them from conception to delivery
  • Create user-friendly interfaces for the complex B2B web application

Skills and Experience needed:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated strong teamwork skills coupled with a problem-solving attitude
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility rules
  • A proactive and curious approach to work
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Ability to create and maintain Design System
