Design isn't a feature review — it's the product strategy.

Sedric is the AI compliance platform for financial services. Our agentic AI automates oversight across customer communications and marketing — real-time guardrails on calls, pre-approval review on every marketing asset, and post-publication monitoring across partners and channels. Because every customer gets a dedicated compliance model, accuracy goes up, false positives go down, and compliance teams move faster without taking on more risk.

We're shipping new features fast, and our product is becoming a platform. That means the experience has to hold together as one coherent story, not a pile of screens that each solve their own problem. You'll own the user experience end to end, making sure the product narrative doesn't just live in decks, but shows up in every flow, every screen, and every feature we ship.

This role reports to the VP Product and is based in Tel Aviv (hybrid).

You'll be the owner of UX across the platform — not one feature, the whole thing. That means the look, the flow, and the story customers experience from their first login to their tenth workflow.

• Own the user experience end to end
• Keep the platform's story coherent as new features ship fast
• Build and evolve our design system so quality scales with speed
• Make sure every shipped feature holds up to the vision and fits the coherent experience you're responsible for.

You're a fit if…

You bring both the design depth and the ownership range this role demands.

• You've owned UX at large scope, not just individual features, in a SaaS startup environment
• You see the story and the big picture before you see the pixels
• You know when to tear a design down to build it better — and you can show us examples
• You build systems and frameworks that protect quality without slowing the team down
• You're fluent in Figma and Claude Design, and you know how to use new tools to move faster
• You treat usage and adoption as the real success metric, not visual polish for its own sake
• You take ownership without being assigned — you find the problem before someone hands it to you
• You can balance shipping fast with shipping right, and you know which one a given moment calls for

You're probably not a fit if…

• You wait to be assigned tasks instead of finding the problem yourself
• You optimize your corner of the product and don't think about the whole picture
• You can design a screen but can't articulate the user story behind it
• You treat design as disconnected from business outcomes like usage and adoption
• You put perfect before done and can't flex between speed and quality

Day 30 — you're fluent in our current design and product environment and already shipping on live features.

Day 60 — you've identified where the platform experience breaks down and you're driving the design strategy to fix it.

Day 90 — you fully own product design across the org, with frameworks in place that let product
