The Design team at Cato Networks is looking for an exceptional Product Designer who's ready to jump on a rocket ship and play a key role in defining and driving the future of our products!

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeys.
Develop lo-fi/hi-fi mockups and prototypes to articulate interaction design effectively.
Communicate and build consensus around all aspects of the design direction.
Understand the array of technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements.
Use data analysis to improve the customer experience.
Iterate through design feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.
Facilitate usability testing and other UX methodologies.
Optimize features based on the analysis of competing solutions.
Collaborate and work closely with Product Management, R&D, other Product Designers, and upper management.

Skills & Background:

7+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or a similar role.
Experience with cybersecurity or networking products.
Educational background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Design, Industrial Design, or a closely related field.
Strong background in user research and data-driven design.
Experience working on complex products and systems.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
Good sense of visual aesthetics and familiarity with the latest UI design trends.
Proven, hands-on experience integrating AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar) into day-to-day product design workflows.
Demonstrated experience using AI throughout the design process—including user research, ideation, UX writing, content creation, prototyping, documentation, and the delivery of high-quality design outcomes.
Ability to effectively leverage AI to improve productivity, accelerate execution, and deliver high-quality design outcomes while maintaining critical thinking and design excellence.

Strong portfolio is critical to interview for this role. It should demonstrate your work experience, creative thinking, visual design skills, design process, UX flows and interaction patterns.

Skills Required
