Design, implement, test and monitor high-performance, scalable cloud networking and security components. Own end-to-end feature development, research and prototype new technologies, and contribute to networking topology, AI-security features, and client applications (mobile/desktop). Collaborate across teams to adopt new tech and optimize system performance.

Own the marketing analytics stack and lead attribution, funnel and cohort analysis. Ensure data consistency across Snowflake, Salesforce, Marketo and BI tools. Build executive dashboards, optimize lead lifecycle, scoring, routing and automation. Enable SDRs with data-driven insights, improve conversion and productivity, and serve as Marketo system owner and cross-functional bridge across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, BI and IS.

Serve as senior pre-sales technical lead for Cato's SASE and AI Security platform. Drive technical validation, demos, discovery, proof-of-value, and RFP responses; partner with Account Executives to win and expand enterprise accounts; provide architecture guidance, capture product feedback, and travel within the sales territory.

Serve as the technical face for channel partners in the Northwest: deliver demos and trainings on SASE, networking, and cloud security; respond to RFIs/RFPs; present at field events; convey customer needs to Product Management; support and grow partner technical community; travel within territory.

Lead technical pre-sales for Cato's converged SASE and AI security platform. Deliver demos, workshops, architecture reviews, and proof-of-value work for enterprise customers. Support AEs across sales cycles, respond to RFIs/RFPs, map customer use cases, and relay product feedback to PM/Engineering. Travel within assigned territory as needed.

Lead and scale product marketing across Cato's portfolio: define portfolio strategy, positioning, launches, and messaging; build and mentor a PMM team; drive cross-functional alignment; create thought leadership and data-driven go-to-market programs supporting sales and product.

Own and resolve complex customer issues across evaluation, onboarding and lifecycle stages. Troubleshoot networking and security problems, coordinate with R&D and Product Management, act as customer advocate and trusted advisor, monitor customer status, and help expand global support services while nurturing ongoing customer relationships.

Research and analyze emerging network security threats, reproduce attacks in a lab, develop IPS/firewall prevention logic, perform PCAP and big-data analysis using Cato's data warehouse, and maintain high detection accuracy with minimal false positives.
