The role involves researching technologies, building SaaS microservices, supporting inline and out-of-band security capabilities, testing through continuous integration, collaborating across engineering and operations teams, and applying AI technologies to improve development and security outcomes.

Develop and implement front-end tasks, collaborate with UX, research new technologies, and mentor other developers in a cloud-based platform.

Own and improve CI/CD, continuous delivery, deployment processes, automation, and developer self-service tools across R&D. Partner with engineering teams to improve workflows, lead technical initiatives from design through rollout, define roadmaps, and contribute to internal developer platforms. The role requires expertise in containerization, scripting, build tools, cloud platforms, and infrastructure automation.

Own regional cybersecurity and SaaS sales from prospecting through closing. Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, mid-to-large accounts, MSSPs, VARs, and strategic partners. Manage complex sales cycles, achieve quotas, analyze pipeline and win-loss data, refine territory strategy, and position cloud networking and security solutions against market needs.

Provide post-sales technical support for Cato’s cloud networking and security platform. Own customer issues through resolution, troubleshoot complex production problems, mentor support engineers, create knowledge articles, and collaborate with engineering, customer success, professional services, and product management. Serve as a trusted customer advisor by understanding business needs, monitoring customer status, identifying risks and growth opportunities, and helping expand global support services.

Drive EMEA go-to-market execution for cybersecurity products by developing sales plays, launch programs, messaging, training, competitive positioning, and discovery tools. Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate pipeline, cross-sell opportunities, conversion rates, and win rates. Analyze funnel performance, deal feedback, seller adoption, and win/loss data to continuously improve field programs and product positioning.

Own pricing and packaging strategy for Cato’s SASE, cybersecurity, and AI offerings. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to develop monetization models, pricing tools, workflows, customer journeys, business cases, governance, and launch plans. Monitor pricing performance and customer behavior, support strategic deal pricing, and improve revenue, margin, and growth through data-driven decisions.

Own and improve enterprise infrastructure across AWS, identity, networking, virtualization, SaaS, and endpoint management. Automate IT operations with Python, PowerShell, APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and AI tools. Troubleshoot complex cloud and connectivity issues, manage Microsoft 365 and VMware environments, strengthen access controls and security, and drive reliability, scalability, documentation, and operational improvements across global IT teams.

Analyzes marketing, digital, campaign, funnel, attribution, partner, and SDR performance to improve growth and investment efficiency. Builds marketing data models and analytical datasets using SQL, Snowflake, and dbt, and creates self-service dashboards in BI tools. Partners with Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Finance, and Data teams on measurement frameworks, data governance, campaign tracking, and executive-ready insights.

Supports business operations by coordinating projects, PoP delivery and installation, network equipment logistics, inventory monitoring, forecasting, task tracking, and vendor activities. Works cross-functionally with DevOps, Finance, NetOps, Legal, and external stakeholders. Provides operational support, maintains weekly updates, and handles multiple processes in a fast-paced environment. Occasional after-hours availability may be required for urgent matters.

Develop scalable cloud networking and security solutions, including high-performance microservices and backend or full-stack web applications. Architect complex features, conduct code reviews, document technical trade-offs, deploy and test services on Kubernetes, define monitoring and alerts, and participate in outage response and security troubleshooting. The role integrates third-party SaaS APIs and contributes to a large-scale application security platform in a hybrid Prague office environment.

Serve as the technical advisor for the field sales team across the Nordics. Validate solutions for prospects, develop and deliver product demonstrations, present at customer and industry events, respond to RFIs and RFPs, communicate customer requirements to Product Management, and travel throughout the sales territory. The role requires customer-facing pre-sales or consulting experience with networking or cloud security products, software sales experience, strong networking knowledge, and excellent presentation and written communication skills.

Monitor and investigate security alerts in a 24x7 SOC, coordinate incident response, analyze logs and telemetry, and manage SIEM operations and detection rules. Own security exclusions, exceptions, automation, and AI-assisted workflows. Coordinate with local security, IT, operations, and R&D teams and offshore analysts. Document incidents, support compliance reporting, mentor analysts, and improve detection logic, runbooks, automation, and handoffs.

Lead channel enablement across the Americas by partnering with channel leadership, designing role-specific training and sales resources, building train-the-trainer programs, supporting partner eLearning and workshops, and translating field insights into scalable programs. Collaborate with global enablement, marketing, product, sales, and RevOps teams while using performance data and business outcomes to improve channel execution, sourced opportunities, and revenue.

Enable support engineers by identifying technical knowledge gaps, developing troubleshooting practices, creating technical documentation, and delivering onboarding and ongoing training. Advocate for customer and support needs with R&D and Product teams, explain product features, and lead global knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve resolution times and support effectiveness.

Develop and maintain cloud-based networking and security backend systems: process large-scale, real-time network data, design scalable microservices, improve reliability/security, collaborate cross-functional, and evaluate new technologies.

Develop and modernize front-end infrastructure for cloud-based networking and security management products.
