Your role as a Product Designer centers around proactively suggesting improvements to our existing interfaces, finding creative ways to refine our User Experience, and solving problems with agility, ensuring a usable, accessible and premium set of apps.

- Implementing micro-interactions when and where needed
- Refining asset disposition to make an app as efficient as possible
- Ruthlessly hunting unnecessary elements to keep a streamlined user interface
- Turning boring regulatory constraints into something fun and easy
- You will collaborate closely with :
- PMs to identify the best methods and workshops for our discovery and delivery phases
- Software Engineering teams in to help them bring your designs to life, ensuring a smooth transition to production
- Other Product Designers whose skill-set complements yours

- Help other product designers to level up their UI with tweaks, inspirations and actionable feedback on their design

🎨 Your Profile
- You have previously worked on a mature B2C app to tackle those tiny details that no one else sees but everyone feels. 💖
- You will likely come from an industry such as video games, fashion, luxury… or at least design as if you were working in that environment with a strong, young, vibrant and playful visual universe. 😉
- 📱 You have a passion for UI design and a strong mobile culture e.g. you always know the latest iOS and Android guidelines and trends, and how it could add value to our products.
- You Designed and shipped great User Interfaces that delight and bring joy to users 🎆
- 🖋️ You have a solid expertise in typography, icon design, animations, illustrations, micro-interactions and communication material.
- You have a strong proficiency in Figma and product design tools and have a keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence. 🦾
- A fluent level of English (B2 minimum) and French (C1 bare minimum).
