KONE IT also supports KONE in its digital transformation journey by introducing digital cloud-based IT services, artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to support productivity, business growth and technological disruption. 

In our corporate functions IT solution team, we are now looking for Product Designer for Sales Invoicing.

In this role, you will owe the technical end-to-end design of IT solutions for Order to Cash applications in KONE IT.

You drive the vision of future architecture of Sales Invoicing forward within our transforming environment by promoting, governing and implementing solutions using agile methods. You are the main contact for business stakeholders for assessing the potential of proposed development ideas, responsible for Sales Invoicing portfolio, design & delivery in your area.

In this role, you collaborate closely with Global Finance team and actively support finance related projects. Current Sales Invoicing technical scope covers platforms and tools such as SAP ERP, SAP FSCM, OpenText Exstream platform, Nomentia and others, but the role of Product Designer is to make sure that solution design meets expectation of KONE business and follows the best practices of the market.

Main stakeholders of this role are Finance Process Owners, Finance Product Owners, Product Designers, Finance Project Managers, Service Owners and business representatives from Order to Cash area.

Position will be based in Pune, India.
In this role, you get to:

  • Own the IT solution design for Sales Invoicing product area

  • Work in close collaboration with the stakeholders to influence, collect and manage business demands and requirements for your responsibility area

  • Participate in requirement-gathering workshops to facilitate & influence the strategic direction of our projects and lead customers through solution design

  • Turn requirements into specification and manage development and testing to final solution together with our implementation partner

  • Support solution road mapping and backlog prioritization with product owner

  • Support global roll-out and key user competence development of the solutions in your responsibility area

  • Contribute in Order to Cash area projects 

Skills and Experience we`re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Order to Cash -area

  • End-to-end Order to Cash process and technical solution understanding

  • Knowledge of SAP FICO or similar

  • Previous experience working on IT projects

  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, innovative and ability think big

  • Excellent understanding and experience in Order to Cash in an international organization
