Job Description

InPost Group is seeking a skilled and visionary Product Design Lead to drive the evolution of our customer-facing mobile applications for the Polish market. In this role, you’ll oversee a team of in-house designers and external contractors, driving a seamless, high-quality experience that aligns with a cohesive, long-term vision for InPost’s digital products. 

As the Product Design Lead, you will be instrumental in creating an intuitive, customer-centric experience that delights our users. By establishing design principles and a streamlined framework, you’ll enable your team to deliver consistent, high-impact solutions that cater to local market needs. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing shifting priorities and managing the diverse needs of stakeholders to ensure that all design projects are aligned, effective, and centered on customer satisfaction. 

What You Will Do 

  • Manage a team of in-house designers and external contractors to deliver high-quality products across customer-facing platforms, ensuring alignment with a cohesive, long-term vision. 

  • Maintain a customer-centric experience that’s simple, intuitive, and approachable by enabling designers to work seamlessly across projects, products, and teams. 

  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and managing diverse stakeholder needs. 

  • Forge strong cross-functional partnerships, aligning design visions and strategic goals across teams to drive innovation and execution. 

  • Make key design decisions — Navigate trade-offs and resolve design challenges, acting as the central decision-maker for the design group. 

  • Coach the team on utilising established design systems, style guides, and patterns in the creation of UX deliverables. 

  • Manage workflow, intake, and design resourcing to align with evolving business needs and priorities. 

  • Lead and refine team processes such as design critiques, sprint planning, and continuous feedback loops. 

Qualifications


  • A strong track record of building and shipping high-quality products that resonate with customers, with 5+ years of design experience and 1+ years in a leadership role with direct reports. 

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to represent and share work effectively, adapting communication to influence and resonate across all levels of the organization. 

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with research, product management, engineering, and data teams, facilitating strategic alignment within multidisciplinary teams. 

  • A commitment to building and fostering diverse, inclusive product teams that support company objectives.

  • Experience working with marketing and sales teams to align design and business objectives. 

  • Strength in strategic thinking and communication to influence and guide teams toward shared goals.
